Delivery orders subject to availability of the product that is composed.
The
order will be delivered within an indicative time of 2-5 working days
shall run from the time we receive the bank transfer or proof thereof.
Orders over $ 200, free shipping will gain within the SPAIN, PORTUGAL AND BALEARIC ISLANDS. (Except CANARY ISLANDS)
Shipping
rates depend on the geographical area of the recipient and the total
weight of the order and is calculated automatically by executing the
order online.
Orders
are delivered by transport company in the delivery address indicated by
the customer ( as the primary address selected at the time of order
confirmation) .
The website contains guidance on the availability of each product. Many
references are directly in stock in our warehouse , it must be borne in
mind that the information may not be updated in real time and may be
discrepancies between the approximate delivery within the client
informed and finally succeeded .
However, the delay in delivery will not involve any compensation and only entitle CUSTOMER to cancel the order.
Any penalty clause for delay introduced by the Customer in its order is not effective . Exercising any action is expressly excluded by both parties claim for lost profits.
DIDAK'S CLIMBING shall endeavor in every order formalized the maximum possible information on availability of products.
If
at the time of delivery visible and clearly, without having to
manipulate the packaging or shipping the product themselves , a product
has defects caused by transport damage or appreciated in the same way a mistake
in the goods received, the Customer must enter it in the delivery and
inform DIDAK'S CLIMBING, by fax or email to the address store@didaks.com
during 24 hours of receipt of order to encourage the return of affected product and replacing it with a new one or refund the price paid for it.
