The screws are included?

No. Because each climbing wall can be done differently and may need different types of screws, we decided not to include them.

What holds are recommend for children?

Children are agile and climb rapidly everywhere. We recommend holds from size M, and better with good jugs. To make climbing a game, we also have holds with animal forms, letters and monsters.

What happens if my climbing wall is outdoors?

If your outdoor climbing wall is under cover you will not have any problem. If it is not under cover, the holds will lost some color due to UV rays from the sun. All Didak's holds has stainless steel washer in order to prevent corrosion. All you need is to choose the option of stainless steel Allen screws in order not to have any problem.

The texture of the holds is abrasive?

No. We have achieved a smooth texture, pleasant and simultaneously adherent. Each of our models, before putting it up for sale, has been tested for several different climbing gyms and climbers to guarantee the product quality.

The holes to put M10 T-nuts have done with a M12 drill bit. For M8 T-nuts a should be a M10 drill bit.

I found a hold that the anti-twist hole is covered by resin, what should I do?

Sometimes during the production process, some parts of silicone molds that leave space for the anti-rotation hole can be broken and filled with resin. If you have received any hold with that hole covered, you can drill it with a wood or irion M5 drill bit.

What material climbing holds are made?

Our climbing holds are made of 100% rigid polyurethane. A resistant and excellent durability holds. Also, include a small percentage of flexibility that can adapt to small surface imperfections without causing a break in the holdswhen pressed.

The colors of the holds are always as the photos?

Unless otherwise indicated in the purchase (in the notification section of the order), we send colors randomly and do not necessarily coincide with the images from the web. But soon we will implement a system to choose the color of the holds. Thus, the buyer can select the color desired for each product.

What is the cost of sending an order?

We work with diferent delivery companies. The shipping costs are calculated according to weight, the total volume of the order and destination.
If the amount of the order is higher than € 200, shipping is free, as long as the shipping address is in the Iberian Peninsula.
You will know the amount of shipping cost when making the order and always before final acceptance of the order.
